Miller Electric Mfg.

Reflexions Racing Inc. would like to announce a new associate partner Miller Electric MFG. In the 1920's almost all electric arc welding was done with large, expensive, three-phase motor generators with DC output. Three-phase power was very limited in those days and usually only available in big cities. Consequently, most blacksmiths in rural areas were still using ancient hammer and forge technique to weld metal.

In 1929, Niels Miller recognized the need for a small, affordable arc welder that would operate on the type of electricity readily available in rural Wisconsin. With no money for raw materials, he used scrap sheet metal, core and coil materials to hammer together that first welder in his basement. His simple, non-rotating AC welder was smaller, lighter and less expensive than the DC units that were available.

Taking innovatively sound steps since 1929, Miller Electric has grown from a one-man operation selling products in Northeast Wisconsin, to what is today the world's largest manufacture of arc welding and cutting equipment. Without skipping a beat, Miller keeps the tradition alive by delivering ruggedly reliable equipment of the highest quality. See for yourself how Miller history is rich in making you the costumer top priority.

I personally feel very excited with Miller on our team since I have worked and retired as a certified welder for the Kellogg Co.  We do all of our own fabrication work and have done scores of projects with my first AC-DC Tig ( Miller Gold Star ) purchased over 30 years ago. So! Yes, I am excited!  Miller welders I can talk about so look for me at the track or in our shop. Let me show you what YOU can do with a Miller.
